In our archipelago brasserie, our Christmas dinner has extra everything: classic favorites, archipelago flavors and a hearty dose of Christmas spirit. Everything is served in a timeless environment where tradition meets style. Our head chef Anton and his team have planned everything in detail and this year's Christmas buffet will be structured in seven traditional servings, where desserts, cheeses and sweets even get their own room.
